Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents, 18 years of age and over. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. To enter, entrants are required to fully complete the online entry form during the promotional period.

3. Promotion commences 17/012/2009. Entries close at 5pm (EDST) on 15/01/2010. The draw will take place at 12pm at 783 Springvale Road, Mulgrave on 15/01/2010. Winners will be notified by phone only. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. The single most creative entry for the question “Tell us in 25 words or less why MINI and Laneway make a perfect partnership” from the online registration website, will win 2 x General Admission Tickets to the St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, to the city of their choice. Admission to the St Jerome’s Laneway Festival is subject to the Terms and Conditions of St Jerome’s Laneway Festival and can be viewed at http://www.lanewayfestival.com.au/ The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Tickets misplaced, lost or damaged by the winner will not be replaced by the Promoter.
